Inspired by the natural beauties of simple and healthy living, Baan Krating
Chiang Dao is located on a nutrient rich soil where our homegrown vegetable
and pomelo garden
cherish healthily on our property.
A boutique resort with 10 private villas and a restaurant are served to visitors
who
enjoy their drives from Chiang Mai to see a natural limestone in Tham Chiang Dao
and
beautiful flowers of Doi Angkhang Royal Project. At kilometer 63th, guests can
take
a break from their long drive for a cup of fresh coffee and a quick lunch.
We have created a mountain boutique resort while maintaining the core character
of
Thai hospitality with the flexibility of private home living. It is a wonderful
place to be
relaxed and enjoyed the beauty of Mae Ping River and the peaceful Northern
forest.

Mai is only 1 hour by Plane from Bangkok. Many destinations such as Hong Kong
and Singapore offer direct flights to Chiang Mai without transiting Bangkok.
Baan Krating Chiang Dao is one and a half hour by car from
Chiang Mai International Airport and one hour from down town Chiang Mai.
Our main restaurant is located at 63th kilometer and is
approximately 10 kilometer from the Town of Chiang Dao.

by Mae Ping River.
- River kayaks are available for rent from
Baan Krating's private raft pier.

the winter season.

our campfire while sipping a cup of warm hot chocolate to cope with the cool
Northern air.
